Know your Measurements

Chest size
Take measurements under armpits, around fullest part of chest and shoulder blades.  Arms should be relaxed and at your sides.

Height
Stand straight against a wall without shoes on.  Measure from top of head to floor.

Neck size
Measure around the base of the neck.  If you have a shirt with collar that fits you well.  Lay the collar flat and measure from center of collar button to far end of collar button hole.

Sleeve measure
Bend your elbow and put your hand on your hip. Have someone measure from middle of back of your neck, around shoulder and elbow to wrist bone.  The total length in inches is your sleeve length

Inseam size
Measure from your crotch to where you want your pants to end, breaking at the top of the shoe in the front and just above the heel in the back

Torso
Measure from high point of shoulder at front, down though lega and back up to starting point.

Waist size
Measure around where you normally wear your pants, keeping the tape measure a bit loose or putting one finger between your body and the tape measure.

Hips
Stand with legs about six inches apart and measure around the fullest part of the hips.

If your measurement fall into more than one size category, order the size that fits the critical area on the body.

Average: Height 5' 8" - 5' 11"
Tall Height  6' - 6' 3"
